Hi, My name is Anthony, and I workout at home, because it's mainly, pushups, leg dips, 8 min abs, jogging in place, and I can multitask while I'm working out, like checking my email, etc. I'm looking for friends also that have good diet tips.

I started with pure calisthenics, have only been lifting for less than a year. Back then I was guessing at my diet and dropped 35lbs in 4 months from 200 to 165. I went with a protien shake from smoothie king for breakfast, either a salad with meat or a multigrain flatbread sandwich without condiments for lunch. Pre sliced deli meat and raw veg for dinner. Almonds and cheese sticks for snacks.

Hi! I’m Karen. I also work out at home but only because I’m an antisocial butthead who doesn’t like lifting in front of other people. I get in a weights sesh before work 3 days a week and try to get my lazy dog out for a run on the other 4 days. My best “diet” tip would be to meal prep
