Confused about my baps...

I've been buying Morrisons cheese and onion topped baps and found various stats regarding the calories:
If I scan the barcode it says 1 bap is 156 cals, on fatsecret it states 192 cals, Morrisons website says 331 cals and there was another MFP entry that suggested 229 cals.
I'm inclined now to go for the Morrisons website cals to be safe but as the barcode scanned with results I've been using that when logging - very frustrating.
Does anyone know, if I write to Morrisons and ask them to clarify would they do so?

baps, rolls, buns - all would probably get the same reaction so thought what the hell lol1

I'd go with what Morrisons says because of the cheese. You can write and ask for clarification. I never have any luck doing that, but many people do get answers.1

I would email Morrisons to seek clarification - they should provide it. At least you can then be sure. If you wanted to be super kind you could then add a verified entry onto the mfp database2

Go with the Morrison's website info, even the barcode scans on MFP are linked to user entered and not necessarily correct. Similar rolls by Tesco are around 270 cals https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/2581866201

I'd always go with the company's website over anything on MFP. If so, it must be one of those items where you smack your head and go, "I had no idea something like that would have so many calories!"1

yes, I would go with morrisons figure .. I hadent realised how much cheese was on them, they are lovely looking baps ... but Cheese is an expensive food when it comes to calories2

Thanks everyone, I'll use the Morrisons website for now - the problem I had with it was that there wasn't a picture of the product to back it up, I'll also try writing to them.
156cals definitaly doesn't seem enough compared to 2 slices of plain bread, which is why I looked into it a bit more.0
