Back on the grind after college

So I recently graduated and I put on about 35 pounds since starting school. I am sitting at about 175 pounds and would like to get back down to at least 145. I was eating out a lot and not working out while I was in school. My days were busy from 5 am till about I went to bed at 11 pm.

Now I have a lot of free time and am trying to get my diet back on track and making it back to the gym 3-5 days a week. I’m looking for some friends to help keep me motivated and stay on track! Feel free to add me and I would appreciate any advice that y’all have to offer.
