For someone who was used to snacking her way through her day I am finding that my hardest thing is to re educate my mind and stomach. So far I am learning that 6 smaller meals are way better than three big ones and a hundred snacks.

The important thing to remember is you're learning what is better for YOU. I eat three meals, dessert, and sometimes a snack. There are others here who only do 1-2 meals a day. It's about what sustains you and helps you stick to your calorie intake.0

It's a good thing to experiment and find strategies that work better. Just keep in mind that your total daily (weekly) intake is what's important, and that many different strategies can be eqaully good.0

Breakfast is usually fruit and a hard boiled egg. My snacks are special k crisps. Lunch is fruit and another egg. Dinner is what ever I decide to make.0
