Love exercise..love food

I exercise exesivly but eat like a junk food *kitten*. What are your stories and ideas to help?

    Just try to pick up new one or two healthy eating habits a month. No one miraculously starts eating perfect, if they do don’t trust them....

    Log your food. All of it. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

    After a week or two, look at your food diary. What made you feel good (full, happy, satiated, mentally satisfied, etc)? Keep eating that within your calorie allowance. What didn't make you feel good (still hungry, not satisfied, wasn't worth the calories)? Ditch those foods/drinks. Keep tweaking until you find your sweet spot.

    You're not alone, although if you're doing everything to extremes, that may be symptomatic or diagnostic of other issues, but like quiksylver said. Start by logging. At a minimum, log your food. If you want, log your moods and your training and your sleep. Just the practice of logging will take you a long way to understanding.

    Exercise to eat & drink only. Don't love it or hate it. I just do it.
