Low Carb lifestyle Partner(s)

Hey everyone,
My name is Mario, 27yrs, and I am currently almost done with my back surgery recovery. I was at 281 about a 45 days ago, give or take some days, and today I was 257.2 before food and I feel like I am doing well eating around 50 carbs a day on average, but at times, not often, I feel like eating the chips, donut, cookie or whatever is there. It doesn't help that i have people around me that tell me it is no big deal to do this or that. I allow myself time to eat anything I desire if I see fit on Saturday afternoon, 2pm, to Sunday night at 8pm. 30 hours give or take 8 for sleep. I have a food scale and weight myself everyday to see if I am doing something wrong so I can tweak my regimen. Two weeks ago I was eating too much salt and didn't even notice, but I did notice my weight for a week. From there I found the problem and fixed it. I meal prep once a week. I do 3 days worth of food for the week and stick the other 3 days worth in the freezer. I fill the rest of my day with previously prepped food that I pull out the freezer. It is not that I always have an urge to break my lifestyle, but it does happen at times. Other times I feel odd and I don't know what is going on, and it would be nice to bounce ideas off someone. I am looking for an accountability partner that I can talk to when I have urges to break my new lifestyle, ideas on what to eat/prep, someone to check progress with, and all the other good stuff. If you are interested, go ahead and add me. I don't know too much about the app when it comes to adding or messaging so maybe you can show me too. I live in Baldwin Park, CA. I post this because maybe if I healed properly. I would pick up bike riding and hiking again. Would be nice to have someone liked mind to do activities with. If anyone cares to relate, I currently states sprouting my own sprouts

I guess we’re already friends. Would love to talk about things. What works, what doesn’t. What your go to foods are. I like to meal prep and tick to the same things all week. Some people like variety but I find the same things over and over help me stay true to the plan.0

A little late to this response but it seems we have been covering some good ground so far.0
