Love it- hate it - instantly gain a pound over night - what is your weakness?

    Are you eating 3500 calories of chocolate in a night?? :tongue:

    I actually don't have a "weakness" anymore. It used to be anything that started with "fo" and ended in "od" but lately I eat what I feel like eating if I want - and I rarely feel like eating anything too crazy :)

    Lol - I have no idea - is that what it takes to gain a pound ? Just noticed I weigh more the morning after indulging in some chocs or wine lol

    Love it and eat it almost every day. I just make it fit into my calories and still losing weight :)

    Yes, I have a serving of chocolate each night for dessert. I just make sure i have room in calories for it =)

    Chocolate is not bad have you been eating the real dark chocolate? Every now and then you can indulge especially if you’re consistently working out

    More likely the wine is the culprit - alcohol will cause you to retain water.
