I have a question about my fitbit steps and calories burned. Do you go by the calories burned per day and just put that number into your exercise for walking.
Or...If I walk 3 MPH for 20 minutes, 3 MPH for 60 minutes, 2 MPH for 15 minutes.

link the two apps and let them work out the details.0

If you have your Fitbit linked to MFP, it will take care of everything. No need to log any step-based exercise.0

As they say, if you link the two this happens automatically. But...fitbits number are way to high, so I would not trust them. And the numbers burned per day is everything you burn that day, so if you go by that number consider it your maintenance calories for the day and eat 3-500 calories less.1
