This is how bad the anxiety is; my calories must be set too low still. I dropped another half pound to a new low after a couple of days of going "over". I probably should not have edited the 8 mile paddle to a lower number. I am letting this morning's 6.5 mile paddle stand at 903. Seems high, but I need to eat more. I just worry every time I go over 2000.2

Honestly, I think you need to take a break from MFP. It did some good for you while you were losing weight, but now you are too focused on the numbers. Its not good for your physical or mental health. People on here have given you excellent advise multiple times, so maybe if you step away from the site, relax and enjoy life get some therapy if you don't already do so, and soak that information in overtime.10
