So I’m trying fitnesspal again. I hate tracking my food! Idk what it is but I hate looking up the food and trying to keep up with it all. However, I want to lose body fat and gain muscle. Lol I’m still trying to get my Beyoncé body!! I LOVE to workout, so that normally isn’t a problem but staying accountable for my food intake is hard. What do you guys do to stay accountable?

I also hate tracking food and every single calory I eat  as my friend says, it's better to work out more than eat less, haha!

Planning helps me to stay on track. I plan out my meals in advance and it helps me when I grocery shop and having a plan keeps me focused.

I don't log, but I do have a general idea of the amount of calories I'm consuming and I use a written food journal to track my meals.

I enjoy fitness and working out a great deal, but I still need to be mindful of how many calories I'm consuming everyday. It helps me to keep over 80 pounds off and maintain.

    Good luck OP!
