Read through the guidebook, take your pictures and measurements, and when you first do the Fire classes, follow the "New to Class" option so that you get to preview the moves at a slower pace prior to doing them full tilt. It makes the workout a little longer, but the choreography can get quick.

If you need to modify, follow Allie (on stage, right side) at first. Don't be afraid to stop and catch your breath if you need to.

Finally...HAVE FUN!! I did Fire 30 class today and burned 367 calories!! Woot!

You are about to have an awesomely fun workout!

If you choose to follow the schedule, you will be doing Fire 30 & Stretch 10 - and that's all it took for me to get hooked. Chosing the 'new to class' option was very helpful to me even though I've been a Turbo Jam fan for ages. It does extend the time of the workout, but after a few times you won't need it any more. That particular workout I've burned anywhere from 387 - 434 calories! :drinker: I didn't even think that was possible!

Today is Day 20 for me and so far I am down 3.5 pounds. Not too shabby!

Anyway, just be prepared to have some serious fun...and some serious sweat lol!

That was EXACTLY how I was feeling. Chalene has a way of making that enthusiasm go right thru the roof!
