New mom here trying to get back in the swing of health and fitness (oh an those pre baby abs lol). Got most of the weight off but still wanna lose at least another 15 lbs. (Starting weight: 173lbs
Current weight around 140lbs
Goal weight 125lbs
I can use any and all the support possible!
I’m doing a 100% plant based diet (vegan), so anybody on the same diet with some delicious recipes please send them my way:)

    Hi there! Congrats on your little one! I have an 11 week old daughter (as of today) and I’m looking to get back into the swing of things. Also have 15 pounds to lose to get back to my pregnancy-pregnancy weight. Feel free to add me :) we can help each other out!

    Hi! I’m a mum of an (almost) 1 yo boy. Desperately trying to shift my baby weight.
    Started off on 180lbs, currently 175lbs my goal is 130lbs. Feel free to add me, could use some encouragement myself ☺️
