Proper introduction of myself

Hey MFP fam,
Just want to take a min to introduce myself, I've been using MFP for couple of years now and never skipped a day in the last year and half, mainly because I was on a mission to get results, from diet/training and keep myself accountable.
I've been working out since 2005 but workout and diet smartly since 2016, left my ego outside the gym and started to see some real results. My method is simple, keep things simple, basic, and flexible, make it sustainable and enjoyable.
As a father, husband, I helped my wife lost 20lbs and back in shape after we had our baby girl, seeing how happy she is now days after she got back in shape, started weight training and actually enjoys it has inspired me to get out there and get involved with more communities like this to help more people.
Anyways, I had no idea we have such a community for years I've been using MFP app on my phone, so glad to be here and hope to get to know everyone.
