Even people irl probably want to know what I’m like irl.
Quiet but friendly. Not shy. Mind my own business but opinionated and helpful. I do most things alone or with just a family member or two.
Other than work, gym, grocery shopping, & shuttling my children around, I don’t go out much.
Some friends probably find it difficult to maintain a relationship with me because my priorities and my energy revolve around my family for now.
I enjoy crafting, writing, decorating, television, reading, organizing, sitting on the porch.
I love my quiet life though sometimes I get bored. When that happens it’s usually because I need some sleep or a new craft or some stimulating conversation.
In a social setting I usually seek to be the grease that gets people talking & comfortable. I will sacrifice my own comfort to ease someone else’s social awkwardness. Sometimes this involves me being loud or silly or, in some opinions, annoying. I am not for everyone.
After socializing I need extra alone time to feel balanced again.5 -

Yeah well...the inside thoughts stay inside, in almost a monk like way. I've been told multiple times recently that I come across calm and collected - I find this assessment laughable, given the circus that we all know exists in my head. Apparently I don't give this away visually on my face either, save very rarely, and the person has to know me well to interpret a given twitch in expression.
I'm also very quiet, I talk about 10% the rate of most. The one thing that is still true between here and real life is that I just like to laugh. I have a very serious job(tm) and I spend all day trying to make people laugh.2 -
