so I am looking for friends on this I want to loose about 60-70lbs so if anyone else is doing the same as me please add me I need the support to help me achieve my goal and I will also help others on there way too I am going to try and start insanity challange on monday just had a quick look at one of the dvd's looks hard but I have seen great results on people so fingers crossed :blushing:
