Hi all,
Name is Ross, I have been on here a little while but have decided to give it a go and change my life.
I am actually using this app to gain weight.
I am a 5-11 vegetarian guy of 130lbs.
My goals are to get to 175lbs and get fitter.
Currently doing the Sean T - Insanity and training in Krav Maga.
Anyone got any tips for getting a vegetarian enough protein? I am struggling with this one.

PS - My target calorie intake is 2280.

Hey Ross just started the insanity train myself too on week one pure cardio today. I've done it before and had great results but post kids I'm back to square one. Best of luck with your journey.1
