I enjoy lifting weights, body weight trainig, and dance fitness/Zumba classes. However, I struggle to stay motivated and continue going to classes. I either get hurt or sick causing me to take time off and then struggle to return to my routine, or I get bored of the classes and need more of a challenge. I'd really like to find a workout buddy to help keep me accountable and motivated. I know I'd do better and would enjoy the company. Any tips on finding a new exercise partner would be appreciated. Approaching people in the gym seems akward, but I have found one person from classes.
