I normally drink 1 to 1 1/2 gallons of water a day, how much should I drink when exercising? for example today I only drank 1 gallon, and 1 walked for 210 minutes (7 miles) how much water should i drink today?

Um, you don't need to drink that much any day. If your urine is pale yellow then you're hydrated. Excessive water consumption does nothing except make you pee all day.0

I agree with Mokey41. I don't even calculate or keep track of how much water I drink. I drink enough to stay hydrated, but the actual amount is irrelevant.0
