For the dad’s that’s working hard and taking care of the family but forgot to take care of themselves, here to start a challenge to change your lifestyle.
Say no to fast food junk food for 5 weeks.
And log the weight each week on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
Goal is to help you create a healthy lifestyle in 5 weeks!
And the information you leave here for every one to see and hold accountable.
So here are the rules to challenge.
Week 1 weight in, and be honest about how many times you eat fast food/junk food.
Week 2 weight in, repeat week 1, and start some type of workout, join a gym or at home body weights workouts.
Week 3 weight in, repeat week 1 and 2, let’s drink more water this week. 1 cup of water first thing in the morning, and half gallon to a gallon per day!
Week 4 weight in, reflect on how did you do in the past 3 weeks and repeat them again, get ready for the final week.
Week 5 weight in, let’s do all of those this week, workout 3 times during the week, go for a 30-45 min walk, drink half to one gallon of water per day, and make better food choices.
To create a healthy lifestyle takes time, and one step at a time we can get there, once it becomes a habit it’s hard not to do the better.
