I heard about Rumi Spice on a podcast, bought some, and am blown away by the packaging. Can't wait to try it! Something to consider if you are a foodie or giving gifts to one.

I've since tried all the spices I bought and am reporting in:

The saffron certainly elevated my paella. I liked the Paella Spice Blend on grilled steak, and the Kabul Spice Blend on grilled chicken thighs. And I really really like the Kabul Spice Blend plus paprika in ground lamb burgers. Yum!
