OP. You are doing an amazing job, I can say that completing the food diary in Mfp is very helpful so if you hit a bump in the road you can look at your calorie intake and see where any problems arose. Keep up the good work and keep logging. Well done1

Does anyone know how accurate the UA heart rate band and the UA wristband are for tracking workout calories burned? I did about 33 min on the elliptical trainer at a good sweat and pace and about 20 min of various stretching exercises and it said I burnt just over 1000 calories.0
