I need motivation to keep going. I just finished a 6 week program at the gym, but already feeling the temptation to backslide! I need people to check in with on my progress and looking to celebrate small victories and large ones with all of you!

With 6 weeks under your belt you must notice/feel some positive changes. Truth is if you quit now someday you will have to start back at day one (like me) and trust me no one wants that. Stay active on the forums and give yourself some more time before you decide to throw in the towel. We are all going to have slip ups and some days will be better than others but keep looking forward toward your goal and remember what made you start the program at the gym to begin with.0
