Challenge With Losing Weight In A Problem Area

I’ve been dieting and exercising for a few months. I’ve lost about 29 pounds. Everyone around me noticed that I lost inches on my boobs, arms, waist, and etc but none on my hips. I’m 5’10, pear-shaped, and my measurements are 37-31-47. Why haven’t I lost any inches on my hips? Is there a way I can? Does anyone else struggle with this problem? If so, did you lose any inches and how did you do it?

As you said, you're pear shaped and hold a lot of weight in your hips. Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. Just keep eating in a calorie deficit and you will eventually start seeing the tape give you a lower number.2
