ISO Soups with Arugula

Our garden is bursting with arugula right now, and I would like to make some soups to put in the freezer with it. I love arugula with lentils, and was thinking it would be delicious with squash. Does anyone know of such a recipe?

    I would look at a couple recipes for basic lentil soup then add in the squash and arugula. You could also substitute the arugula in any soup or casseroles with spinach or kale. The only thing I use soup recipes for is to get an idea of the seasonings.

    I've seen recipes online for arugula pesto which would freeze well in small containers or ice cube trays for a blast of summer all year round.
