sharon's chicken and broccoli/ serves 4

two large boneless skinless breasts cut in thin slices (total chicken 14 ozs)
4 cups broccoli florets
6 ozs smuckers pineapple ice cream topping
4 ozs soy sauce
6 ozs pom juice

mix pineapple topping, soy sauce and pom juice in a 2 quart pot, stir in 2 tbsp garlic salt
put chicken in and bring to boil on stove top, let boil for 3 minutes
put broccoli in and turn down to simmer, let simmer 5 minutes
stir around every minute or so to mix the broccoli and chicken in the sauce while cooking it
pour off extra sauce (you can put it on rice if you want)
serve with some rice if wanted

total is 800 grams of food, so a serving is 200 grams/ 338 calories without rice
