Hi from Texas! Help me om this grind to lose 40 pounds! I'd love to be part of your support system!!

So just by reading other people's reasons for being here I can see injury/surgery-recovery plagues a lot of people... And I am no different I had back surgery in January but I pretty much back up to par now and ready to get the last 5 months of binge watching netflix and video games a rest for a bit. Small but recent milestones for me is up to 2+ miles on treadmill and hitting weigt training, immediate goals are swimming and pilates to add on. Help me n this grind to lose 40 pounds! I'd love to be part of your support system too. I will not support and will delete anyone on my list if any mention or display of "body-shaming" is done, only looking for motivated, positive, like-minded individuals to push me and me them when they need. Feel free to add! Oh im 6'2 and 246 lbs target goal of 200-206 and hope to gain stamina for running and aome lean muscle from working out.
