My current weight loss journey started 3 years ago , and I tipped the scales at nearly 26 stone (364lbs or 165kg) at my heaviest , but have now lost around 144lbs/65kg.
I now however would like to drop a further 30lbs but having become a semi expert on dieting I know how hard it's gonna be to shift this remaining weight.
So any of you guys want to post some motivational ideas to help me hit this new target , I will be grateful .

I don't do motivational ideas, but I can tell you this: Losing weight when you have a lot to lose, takes discipline and commitment, but you can lose fast, and even small changes to behavior can have a large impact. Losing weight when you don't have a lot to lose, takes patience and vigilance, and you'll still be losing at a slow rate. Your health is no longer at risk, you're looking quite ordinary, the effort required to lose more, can seem like a lot weighed against the reward. You have to eat less to maintain a lower weight, than the weight you have now. You might suffer from diet fatigue.
Losing the final pounds will, or should, happen in much the same way as you'll be maintaining your new, lower weight.
So this is a point where you have to decide some things. How much are you willing to do to get and stay a little leaner? What can you see yourself doing, happily, five years from now?2 -
Many Thanks, and yes Diet Fatigue is my biggest challenge.
Many family and friends constantly compliment me on the fantastic effort so far , and many even question why I'm still pushing on.
But medically and for the future I need to sit and maintain at the lower weight level (86kg) .
I have a plan , and know it's not just about calorie counting but also the food groups I choose.

Tell us about the plan, and be specific about the food groups I choose - maybe we can give you some pointers.0
