Protein, fiber and fat are the usual satiating components but it's a little different combination for everyone.

I start with lean protein, add a moderate portion of starch and then use veggies to fill the meal out. The veggies are generally lower calorie (while higher volume) so I can get a decent portion size.

Example - Mac'n Cheese is calorie dense, so I add some cauliflower (or broccoli) to increase the portion. Then serve with a protein.

Learn to make "regular" meals, but tweak ingredients. This will be the difference between "foods I eat when dieting" vs. "regular foods." Maintenance is learning to live with (somewhat) fewer calories forever. Losing weight is just the first step.

Skinny Taste and Cooking Light can give you lots of ideas.

Does anyone know how to "Share" a recipe from a member's saved recipes (with all the calories worked out and changed to local produce) to another members app?? Is it possible!

You can't actually share the recipe, but if the person who saved the recipe logs it in their food diary, someone who has access to that diary (i.e., if the diary is public, or if the diary is only open to friends and the second person is a friend of the first) can copy the meal where the recipe is logged, and then the second person can edit the serving size if necessary. The second person could save the recipe as a meal after copying it, so as to be able to log it in the future even if it's no longer in their recent foods. But the second person couldn't edit the ingredients, so if the first person made the recipe another time and tweaked it (subbing ingredients, changing amounts, etc.), the second person would have to go through the copying process again.
