Welcome to the MFP family! This is the best eating schedule ever, once you get started it's easy peasy. Make sure to track everything, even if you have a bad day, just get back on the next day. We're not perfect, some days you just want some nachos, or ice cream or whatever. So have some, just track it and move on. This plan is the new normal, don't think you have to do without or deprive yourself. Enjoy life, just be healthy.3
