Hello!
I’m Sammi, 30, F, 5’8”.
341lbs. I downloaded my fitness pal to help me. I just got back from the doctors and I need to kick myself into gear.
I’m a emotional eater and never found a way handle it. It started in of course in my first real relationship. I was mentally abused and it affected my eating to where I ballooned up 100+lbs. then over the years, more bad relationships due to my weight.
Looking to make friends on this journey.
This is the heaviest I’ve ever been and I need help understanding what’s good and bad. I need to change my lifestyle. Starting now.
