I have been losing weight last few years- although slowly, I have lost about 25 pounds so far.
Only in the past few months, I hav started measuring inches as well.
I have been doing strength training and cardio, although not as regular as I would like it to be, usually there is a week of the month that I slip up. But in the past 4 months of doing this- I have lost a total of 13.5-14 inches but only 4 pounds.
Does the inch loss and weight loss correlate appropriately. I am actually clueless as how to the inches and pounds relate.
Thanks,

Don't worry too much about how much you weigh, inches are better and just look at yourself in the mirror, if you like what you see then all good!0

Congratulations on the 29 lb loss and the 13.5-14 inches! You're doing a great job, keep it up! I'm honestly not sure about the correlation aspect, but feel that losing inches or pounds is a great thing. Losing inches edges you closer to a smaller size even if the scale isn't moving.0 -
Thanks all. I am just happy that I am losing something and my dress size has come down..0
