Problem

I know to a lot of people trying to loose quite a bit of weight, this is going to sound crazy. I've lost the 15 pounds that I wanted to loose in about 9 weeks. Now I've completely changed my eating habits, and I'm sure my stomach has gotten a bit smaller. Now That I'm at my weight, I find it hard to eat enough calories to stop loosing more weight. When I started, I was at 204 lbs, and now I'm at 189 lbs. I run at least four days a week, and on those four days, I always get the red message saying I'm not eating enough calories. The only problem is that I'm not hungry. Even on days I don't exercise, I'm still under the calories that I'm allowed for loosing 1 pound per week. I want to keep eating healthy. Any ideas to help me with this would be great.
