30 day shred help

How many times should i do the 30 day shred a day. How many times should i do it a week and how many days do i do level 1, 2,3. I'm trying to lose 10 pounds and 4-9 inches in entire body.

    it is intended to do it once a day for 5-6 days a week for a month. i did each level for 10 days and then moved up. so 30 days total. you may not lose any weight doing this as you don't have a lot to lose but you will lose inches. I never lost any weight even when i had 25 lbs to lose but i always lost inches, You may gain a few lbs doing it ( water weight) but it will come off. I have done this program 3 times and her ripped in 30 twice.

    I agree with Lin7604. That's exactly how I'm doing it. I just recently moved to phase 2. This is my first time doing 30 Day Shred. I'm also running after I do the DVD. I've been losing weight but I think that's mostly from eating less calories and running. I have noticed inches coming off to but I haven't been accurately keeping up with it till recently.
