Needing some support.

I've been out for a while. I'm trying to get back into shape. Needing help from this community.

    Wishing you the best! Just some tips to get you going:

    - Get a food scale
    - Weigh everything... EVERYTHING
    - Don't get discouraged when things don't happen quickly
    - Don't give up if you maintain or even gain, fluctuations happen
    - If you do continue to maintain or gain after a few weeks, seriously check your calories and exercise (you often underestimate your calories and overestimate your exercise)
    - If you have a day where you go over your calories, don't let it sabotage you. Just move on to the next day
    - Weight loss isn't linear, it's a roller coaster ride. So enjoy it!
