Anyone else have MyFitnessPal Premium?

I got Premium this morning because the ads and pop-ups were literally driving me nuts. I couldn't log calories without constantly having to scroll up and down to get around the ads so that I could type. I thought $49 was high but I pulled the trigger and do not regret it. It is so much nicer and easier to get a clean page with no ads. I also love being able to see macros in the daily summary. If you are a premium user, share your favorite features here!

I refuse to pay for premium until the glitchy database which is also full of duplicate and erroneous entries is cleaned up. There are cheaper ways to not see ads, but since they are considered to be competition to premium, we are not allowed to mention them by name.3

I have premium because... why not? I like things that make life easier for me. I especially enjoy being able to set my exercise macro increase percentage. I have fat and protein set to the target I want, so I allocated a higher increase for carbs. Makes it easy to see at a glance how much protein I have left to eat to hit my target without that number being inflated by exercise calories.
I also love being able to set different calorie allowances to different days of the week. Very handy when I'm calorie cycling.
A fun feature is seeing what foods make up most of my calories/macros/other nutrients. Always amuses me that most of my sugar comes from tomatoes, and that I eat them so often that it ranks it first for calories too.5 -

Thank you! I did not realize you could do that. I'm still learning the system. I may give that a try for Saturdays when I go out to allow myself more leeway when I'm in restaurants, etc.
I also love seeing what foods make up most of my calories, etc. It's very helpful and there have been a few surprises in there! ... but I'm learning.
