Doing an Atkins Induction Phase to jump start a 3 month experiment with Paleo/Low Carb living. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol last summer and have been afraid to try it but you never know until you do. My goal is to eventually round out my eating habits to more of a whole 30 approach, taking everything in moderation, and keeping high starch and sugar out of my diet completely and incorporating more fish and leaner meat.
