I am new to this whole intro sharing stuff. I just turned 40 5'8" and weigh 281 pounds. I am finally feed up with the way I feel and how I look. 2018 has sucked I lost my dream job and mother within days of each other and since then I haven't cared about anything. I will be starting a new job this month and I am finally ready to put my health first. I know I didn't gain this weight overnight and I know I won't lose it overnight slow and steady will win the race. Would love to have friends along on this journey.
