Thoughts on F45 as primary form of exercise?

I recently discovered F45 and fell in love with the short, high intensity workouts. I have always been intimidated by strength training and uneducated in regards to an ideal cardio/strength weekly breakdown. I stopped my previous exercise regime and have been going to F45 six days a week. I am not used to only 45 min/day of exercise, but have found that the shorter workouts make me feel amazing.

I am wondering-- is this enough? Too much? I have a history of being obsessive about exercise (I used to be neurotic about running/spinning/other forms of cardio), and have found F45 to help with my obsessive nature as the workouts are always planned for me.

My only fitness goal is to feel healthy, strong, and good about myself. I want exercise to be a source of empowerment, not obsession.

Any thoughts on F45 would be much appreciated :)

Your body should be your guide.

I'd suggest 4 sessions a week is enough to build fitness and tone up (assuming clean eating) however more won't hurt so long as you're listening to your body.

These sessions are seriously tough if you push yourself, My wife goes three times a week, I'm reasonably fit, resting HR of 41 and average during the day of 50 and I nearly threw up after my first session!
