My fitness Journey

Hello my name is Jennifer. I started my journey to becoming healthy two years ago. I started off with a trainer and lost about 15 lbs with him (lack of effort on my part not his). It was a struggle, and at first I did want to stop. Especially after I couldn't afford the trainer anymore. I've had some long streaks of success and some long streaks of giving up (but some how still maintaining the weight I've lossed. So here we are two years later a total of 39 lbs lost. Six of those from this week (06/12/2018). Im at a place where I recognize my shortcomings with food and have owned my reality. I have an addiction, as of late I'm conquering this addiction on a daily basis. I'm not looking at a few weeks from now or a month from now. I look at the day in front of me. Thus far, this method has been working for me. I intend to maintain this new method of thinking. I'm happy, I'm becoming stronger, and healthier. I'm here to document my journey and hope we can all motivate one another. This is the evolution of J. Thank you for being apart of my fitness journey, and thank you for letting me be apart of yours.
