My journey to a 100k ultra run

Hi guys
Marta here. I'm currently 3 months before my very first ultra run which is taking place in Krynica, Poland (September 2018). Since being on a plant-based diet, I haven't kept track of the kcal density of the foods. I have been struggling with an eating disorder (BED) for 6 years now. There are better and worse times. I'm recovering and the plan-based diet (for 1.5 years now) has been a great factor in me feeling stronger and better, more understanding of myself and my imperfections.
In one month I'll have an honor to be in charge of the wedding ceremony of my best friend.
My first goal is to keep track of the foods I'm consuming for 30 days (awareness), be reasonable with my physical activity and what's most important - feel strong and beautiful at the ceremony. Because I want to be mentally 100% sure I did everything I could to improve my well-being.
Mental health first.
So, I'm super happy to be here with you. I'd be great to meet you guys. Speak with runners, with ED sufferers - we are one big community
Feel free to ping me.
