So basically I binged for a week (3000+ each day, which was really bad) and I was wondering, how do you guys get pass this. Do you fast? Cut carbs? How long of a exercise? Any tips would help.

You try to do better the next day, without fasting, cleansing, or any other bs. If you can't stop bingeing you need to take a step back and figure out why.0

Do NOT fast. I had an eating disorder for years, cycling between binging and starvation. You'll just end up binging again. I know some people can do the fasting thing, but if you're prone to binging, don't do it.
To be honest, all I do is regroup and get back to my regular food plan. If I gain weight, I accept it and move on. I don't overdo anything. Certainly you can exercise a little more, or cut back a tiny bit. But generally I find that a radical reaction leads to another binge. If it's your goal to not repeat the binging, just get back in the saddle and move on.0 -
Just move forward, pick up where you left off. You'll have more set backs, just don't get down or throw in the towel. Just pick up the ball and keep running.0
