Sharing Apple activity to help with motivation

I am not new to MFP, but I am new to the community. I struggle with weight loss motivation because I love food. I stress eat and, as a teacher, I have lots of stress.

You don’t have to have an Apple Watch or the iOS beta to share activity, just to compete.
