Among older adults enrolled in a behavioral weight loss program, functional brain magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data indicated that "there exists a consistent pattern of connectivity which correctly predicts success with weight loss." These connectivity patterns "are associated with behavior emergence, self-regulation, body awareness, and the sensory features of food."

This is interesting. Has anyone tried NOOM coach? They seem to be based on this type of functional behavior change.0
