F/25/5'7"/230 lbs looking for weight loss buddy

Options
Hello!

I am on round two. Did this a few years ago, lost 50 lbs and gained it back and then some. This time I am in for a permanent loss. My goal is to lose weight until I'm in a healthy range so we're not just talking a few months of loss.

Looking for someone with stats similar to mine that would like to embark on this journey with a weight loss buddy for accountability and motivation. Reply, shoot me a message or add me as a friend and let's get started!

Hey, I’m looking for a fitness/accountability buddy as well. I’m 28, 5’4, and approx 240lbs. Very similar story also. Back in 2013 I was 247, I lost 60lbs but then slowly gained it all back and then some over the years. I’m looking to get back to where I was and the continue toward my goal weight of 165. Let’s do this together!!

I'm going to be 25 on Aug 2nd. Currently 227 lbs and 5'7". I'm in it to win it, under 200lbs is my first goal. I've lost 37 in the past 3ish months so I'm hoping to reach #1 goal before the end of sept! You can add me on here if you'd like.

I’m in my mid 30’s 5’6” started in May at 98.5kg (217#) now down to 89.8kg (197.5#). I’m aiming for 1800 calories/day, although I’ve bumped it to maintenance (2400 cal) for 2 days as kids are away and I’m looking forward to some adult time and eating out. My diary is open

Hey. I'm 35 & live in the UK. I'm 5'7 & currently 241. I've decided that this time I'm not going to focus on a particular weight, I just want to be healthier & fitter. Add me if you want

I just want to encourage you to make this a new life. I am 5'8" and started at 220. It took me nearly a year and a half in total to lose the weight. I'm now at 140, maintaining for going on eleven years by logging my food and sticking to it. I weigh myself once a week now, when I was losing I weighed myself every day and logged it here. I also (still) use my digital food scale. These days I limit my treat foods to once or twice a week, but other than that I eat two largish meals a day, a couple snacks, and get some exercise 3-5 days per week.

Good luck. Make it how you live from now forward. Find some activity(s) that you enjoy that get you moving most days, whether that's group exercise or walking in your neighborhood or swimming or weight-lifting. Find some passions. :)
