Trying to get in shape!

No idea how much I weigh which is strange. Im probably around healthy BMI. I wanna loose flab and tone up. I’ve only had this app for like a week or less and I’ve logged every single thing I’ve done. It’s helped monumentally and I really understand how bad certain things are for my body now. Would love to be friends with some other women who’s diets I can steal because tbh I just eat brocolli, eggs and chicken for everything lol

    You probably don't want to steal my eating ideas them. While my diet is 75% nutritious, I do find ways of fitting all the "junk food" I love in.

    But, I am losing weight. And with the combination of losing weight and resistance training to maintain my muscle, am slowly getting closer to my goal body.
