Hey everyone! I'm about half way done with 30DS and am trying to figure out what I should do next. I recently purchased the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones dvds and was thinking I would do those next. Otherwise I was considering doing another round of 30DS but with slightly heavier weights and doing all the moves the advanced way. Any suggestions?

I'm in my second week of using No More Trouble Zones and this workout is fantastic! There is not a lot of cardio in it (only in the warm up), but if you are working (and pushing) through the entire workout you will be dripping with sweat when you are done. I have a handful of Jillian's DVDs and this is one of my favorites. Good luck!0

No More Trouble Zones is good for toning, and you can break it up, but Boost Metabolism is all cardio....sometimes I like to do that and parts of NMTZ to mix it up.
Some sections of "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" are very hard, some not as much, but 40 minutes of movement, you sweat and burn calories. By the end, you are ready for the cooldown. ; )
Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout is also fun and she does many of the exercises she does in those videos with the contestants.
It Is deceiving in how hard it is, but a very good workout. Some people just like to see the model/fitness types but I found it refreshing to see "real" people. It's cardio, strength, over and over. You hit chest, triceps, legs, biceps, back, everything but abs.
I hope you enjoy whatever you get.0
