I misplaced my motivation and can't seem to find it anywhere! LOL I started dieting back in 2013 and managed to drop 67.8lbs as of last June. Then the summer cheats came along and the holidays and somehow I was a goner. Not sure why since I had been doing so well for a few years now. I ended up gaining back 23.6lbs and have been maintaining that gain ever since New Years Day. I'm stuck in a rut and just can't seem to get out of it. I keep losing and gaining the same damn 5lbs and I'm going insane! I need new friends to motivate me and keep my *kitten* in check. :#

    So, now?

You could start by logging without making any changes for a week or so. That will give you some data so that you can look back to see where you might eat smaller portions and/or make satisfying substitutions.

Baby steps that you can live with forever.

I got fed up with gaining back weight so this time when the cheat days crept in I declared that I was in maintenance. I’ve maintained for 8 montgs or so and am finally ready to make the final push. Time for you to get back in gear and lose the weight you’d regained. You know how to do it, and how great you felt down the 23 pounds. Time to “just do it”. You’ve got this!!
