Hey my names daniel and I’m 23, I started training about 6 months ago and was a bit confused about my goal, first I lost 10kg of body fat and now I’m trying to gain weight again.. I’ve gotten a lot better at the training side of things and this is my attempt to get better at the nutrition side of things so comment below if we can all help eachother

Baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, toasted cheese sandwiches,legumes, beans, chili, rice along with fish and other quality proteins. Spaghetti, lasagna, raviolis, fettuccine, carbonara. Dried fruit and avocados, whole eggs, full fat yogurt. I can help you with the gain. Nut butters and just plain nuts. Puddings.2
