When Your "Best Friend" is Also Your Worst "Enemy"

I am just being a whiner now I know it, but,
My legs!
I try to remind myself of the words from the Shakira song:
"Lucky I have strong legs like my mother"
and they are strong, and one of my best features when I am at my best.
But oh, when I have let myself go, not taken care of the gifts given to me, they are the bane of my existence, I lose weight top down and now that I am getting closer to my goal weight - the saddlebags are evident. I know that as I continue eating at a deficit, doing cardio, and weight training, they will go away, but...but...but...
Okay. Take a deep breath. Be grateful for the progress made. Get on with it.
