Hey MFP -
Got myself one of these fancy MFP accounts to help with the next stage in the process which for me is counting macros, limiting sugars and adding weight lifting to my fitness program. I've mainly been a runner during the first part of this fitness journey (completed a half marathon back in March). However stumbled up BodySpace and have really enjoyed learning about strength programs.
Feel free to connect with me, I'd love to gather some friends along this new adventure. Advice is always welcome - hope you all are having a stellar journey so far.
